How it works

Four simple steps, from reporting a problem to following its resolution.

  1. 1

    Verify your email

Confirm your email with the 8-digit code we send. No password to create or remember.

  2. 2

    Describe the problem

Tell us the region, place and what happened. Add up to three photos if you can.

  3. 3

    Receive a tracking number

We email your tracking number and route the report to the responsible Ministry team.

  4. 4

    Follow its progress

Return any time with your tracking number to see updates — no need to call an office.

Ministry officers may add updates as the work progresses. You can return at any time to check on your report without calling an office.

  • School resources
  • Operational services
  • Other Ministry facilities
